At Kennie and Co, we understand that fast and reliable shipping and delivery are important to our customers. That's why we offer a range of shipping and delivery options to ensure that your order arrives safely and quickly.

  • All of our orders are processed within 1 business day of placing your order with us (excluding bank holiday & national holidays). 
  • Orders placed with the option of next-day delivery will be processed the same day if placed before the cut-off point of 4pm.

We offer international shipping worldwide, with no exclusions.

Shipping charges are dependent on your location and are sent using the Royal Mail’s International Tracked service which takes 5-7 business days within Europe, and 6-7 business days for the rest of the world.

Custom Fees

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees that you receive upon the import of your order. Please check the regulations in advance to work out whether you will incur any additional charges, and what these will be.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the timeframe stated with your chosen service, please contact us at hello@kennieandco.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Delivery Terms:

We work closely with our couriers to ensure you receive your items as quick as possible. As our delivery service is outsourced to external couriers (Evri & Royal Mail) we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in the time stated at checkout. During busy times e.g Black Friday & Christmas, there may be some slight delays in delivery times, although we will do our very best to ensure this is not the case. 

 

You will receive a links from the courier prior to your delivery being attempted, you can use this link do adjust your delivery options, such as changing the date, or providing a safe place.

 

In the event of a customer inputting the wrong delivery address in to their order, we cannot unfortunately take responsibility for this order being delivered to the wrong address. We will try our best to locate the parcel and attempt to get it redelivered to the correct location.

All of our orders are carefully packed and shipped from our office in the UK. We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, and we are always happy to help if you have any questions or concerns.

Refund, Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

 

We do accept returns for whatever reason. Whether it’s the wrong size, or doesn’t suit your pooch, that’s not a problem. You have 14 calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, we please ask that your item or items are:

  • Unused
  • In the original packaging.

 

Return Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us, we do recommend that you take out adequate insurance for any loss or damage that may occur during your return shipping, these shipping costs are non-­refundable. Please note we do not insure your return items if damaged during the return shipping you will need to contact your courier to recover your costs for any damage. 

 

Please email us to let us know why you would like to return your order at hello@kennieandco.co.uk and so we can expect your parcel back to our HQ.

Please also insert your order number and name on a piece of paper and put it in the box with your item.

Without these steps, we cannot identify a return order, so please ensure to do these.

Refunds

 

Once item has arrived back with ourselves, we will give it a quick inspection to make sure everything is in order, and then notify you to say we’ve received your item,

 

Once everything is is approved with us, we will initiate a refund to your payment card (or original method of payment) excluding the initial delivery fees.

 

The refund is likely to take around 4-5 days to appear on your statement (dependent on your bank).
